Congregational Meeting
There will be a congregational meeting on March 15. 10:25 or 12:25 We will be voting on the Nominating Committee members.,
We need people willing to serve on our church’s annual Nominating Committee, which serves to discern people who might serve our body as officers of the church (elders and deacons). People on the Nominating Committee cannot be considered for office.
To recommend someone for this committee:
1) Talk to the person first,
2) Both the person recommending and the person being recommended must be members of Valley Hope,
3) Share the person’s name with an active elder on the Session (Anthony R., Ryan M., Tyler C., Amy G., Joellen M., Wes H., Niki S., John M., Joe K.). Also, if you’re interested in being on the committee yourself, please contact an elder.
Names must be in no later than March 14, with our congregational meeting being on March 15 to vote on and form the committee.
